          Warm up
          Circuit of squat, push up, side lunge, reverse lunges and V ups.
          My partner was cruising for kisses at the bottom of some of the push ups
          Windmill leg drills- can't remember if these have a proper name. Start sitting, then use the momentum of your swinging legs to turn you around. Then laying down and swinging your legs to turn over.
          Then we all went and stacked wood for the wood pile.

              A friend was talking about getting a treadmill. I think I was the wrong person to ask, I see a treadmill as a $1000+ answer to a max $15 problem

                    Io6 I feel your pain about lack of room especially with the joys of home schooling. Our three bedroom townhouse certainly feels like a size 9 shoebox at times. Fortunately a lot of the Darebee workouts don't reqiuire too much room. But Kung Fu! thats another story.

                      Definitely agree Julian4077 ! I've been finding ways to work with smaller spaces but it doesn't always work out. I was trying a roll drill about a week ago and strained my neck because a child jumped on me and sent me into a cupboard...sticking to skipping for a bit, it's safer!

                          Giant don't wanna day today! On top of it was feeling out of shape and uncoordinated. The skipping rope was not my friend!

                              I've got a cold so I'm in a holding pattern of Qigong and yoga until I get a bit better.
                              Honestly, I leave the house once in a week and catch a cold, those are some mad skills!
