      Had 1 day without a migraine...better than 0
      My shoulder is weak but smooth and still pain free
      I got through 2 sets of a basic plank workout (60s plank, 30s/30s side plank, 60s superman). My left arm had some serious wobble up for the side plank so didn't push it. But it means everything is back on the menu.

        Last 5 days:

        4 days without migraine!
        Been travelling a fair bit and work is opening up since we've had such a nice stretch of COVID 0s. Been hard keep my routine.
        With the challenges, I can really feel the weak points around my scapular. I'm planning to do Deadhang again.
        The kids are off visiting grandparents for the school holidays and it's weird without them. They were meant to be home today but asked to stay longer...I think I'm going to be the kind of parent who drops by unannounced a lot once my kids leave home.

              I'm back at training which has been great. I'm also well on the way to finding the answer to the question "how much pain can a man who has already destroyed all his own cartilage put you through?"
              My shoulder has held up really well and I've been doing plenty of work on it before and after training.
              Good thing to, one session I got paired with someone who could not figure out the kimura. Cue me being dragged around by my arm while offering suggestions while they yelled "why won't you tap!?!" back at me. can't listen while you're mouth's moving fella!
              Migraines has been good this week, just one and a headache so far.

                    My brain is not a fun place to live right now. That everyone has decided they would rather go the choke because they are all used to going easy on my arm is a mixed bit of courtesy

                    My daughter is on some sort of engaging her core strike. It's either down dog or sprawl.
                    I think my son is making mistakes so that he can burpee instead of drill...I need to work this through in my head. It's not a bad thing but doesn't help him keep his guard up.

                      People can prefer burpees to anything else? That is news to me.

                      Seriously though, the burpees are easier to manage probably from a mental standpoint, maybe he is just working some stuff in his head as well?

                        I had a migraine that lasted over 2 days in here. Then spent a couple of days recovering and getting some tests done and being checked to make sure I hadn't had a stroke (looks good). Still waiting for some results but well enough to get back at it.
                        The kids joined me for skipping. I'm still short on energy so just going with "adding 1 min every time people argue with me". Only need to push the button once to get results
