          9th July

          I've done more squat jumps in a single block but not at that pace DorothyMH. I've got pretty good legs but the land, contract, spring was constant and getting a bit silly.

          Dynamic stretching and loosening 9 major joints and extra shoulder and ankle work.

          Cardio

          Endurance: Day 25

          Pits followed by fall to base.

          Upper

          The Pushers: 6x 20

          Pull-up Progress: 5-5-5-5 neutral-grip

          Yesterday's DD, 50 prone reverse flies, EC

                Today was a hard day, so exercise was only for enjoyment.

                        Io6 Very nice, we have gotten out of the videos because the workout schedule that I designed is so busy with other stuff. 18 more days though and then we are going to slow things down somewhat, and probably put some of this stuff back in.
