      Pull-up Progress: 7-6-4 standard, 7-5 neutral-grip

      Sets of climbers, plank, high knees with a sandbag (15kg...this was unpleasant but was riffing on Shikari idea for Sisyphus workout)

      3x 5min of skipping

      100 V-ups

      Freestyle yoga and meditation

      Learning bjj is like learning to play chess with your body Fremen, learning to move and position your opponent.
      Boxing as far as I can see is about balance and building the endurance to not die with a skipping rope in your hand.

                      Yesterday's DD, 50 back kicks, EC good to have an easy one that doesn't involve bouncing.

                      Pull-up Progress: 8-7-6-5-4 neutral-grip...done with really long breaks in between.

                      On a side note, Australia's Covid 19 testing is awesome. You put on your mask, drive up in your car, they ask you a couple of questions- if you don’t have relevant symptoms they turf you off, if you do the direct you around check your contact detail then stab you in the back of the throat with a swab before attacking your nose. All free and without leaving your car. Next day you get your results!
                      In my case- just normal sick not pandemic sick. ​​​​​​​
