            Yesterday's DD, 40 reverse plank kicks, EC.

            Bridge drills

            Then just a quick all out 10mins that I'm calling Skip the Pits (based on trying to escape the pits):

            60s fighting all sides
            2min skipping
            60s high knees
            30s climbers
            60s fighting all sides
            30s climbers
            2min skipping
            60s high knees
            60s falls

            Those falls felt really good.

                Quick transitions to a skipping rope are tricky CaptainCanuck ...the one from climbers to skip I might change to climb-fight-skip.
                The final from high knees to fall was really fun- just chucked myself at my yoga mat like I'd been thrown. Then just falls to standing quick as I can. Really embracing the fall

                  I was going to ask about falls, but wasn't sure that I wanted to know ... a yoga mat still seems kind of painful to fall on, though mine is on a cement floor.

                    We have hardwood floors, so better than concrete CaptainCanuck . My yoga mat is a bit under 1cm thick, so only really takes an edge off.
                    If you haven't learnt how to fall, I'd recommend rolling back from a low squat then practicing rolling back up into a kneeling position.

                              Hi NancyTree , Jiu jitsu. Although last night and for the foreseeable future it's mixed training (bjj, kickboxing, boxing etc). Since most of the people who have enough money are boxers and since we're training in a car park (not great for rolling around on), it's pretty heavy on the boxing side. So I'm going to be doing a lot of skipping and working on my footwork!!
