        I would rather run for 60 minutes than skip for 5.

        Skipping and I have never gotten along, hopefully better for you.

          I'm getting less rubbish at it. All the boxers get fancy in like 2seconds, I'm working at getting to a point where it feels natural.
          In my head running and skipping aren't in the same categories CaptainCanuck , yeah both cardio but running is a basic capability and working on my head game whereas skipping is skills based. Like high knees and bouncing, you're improving your footwork with an added coordination element.

              Io6 I agree, just I consider myself to be relatively coordinated with my feet, or at least not uncoordinated to the point where I get only 8 to 10 jumps before tripping.

              I should probably get into it, now that the weather is warm outside, just I am still a little nervous about jumping movements after my calf pull.

                      22nd May

                      Skipping...my co-ordination is right out today so this was more hilarious than anything else. Still managed to get going for long enough to be breathing hard.

                      Played some ball games to figure out what I'm good for. Balancing was not my friend but pining was working ok. Tried to roll = fail!

                      Started to have a play with some knee and leg lifts but my grip was fritzy so I quit while I was ahead.

                      120 tuck ups

                      Might try some yoga later if things even out later.

                          Yesterday's DD, 2min bicep flex hold, EC...realised was meant to be 60/60s .

                            Did some re-jigging of my plan...pretending to be more Fremen and less lucky dip in my approach.

                            7. Standing up (I'm leaving this without explanation for my own amusement)
