    That's awesome Rainbow Dragon, I really appreciate your help! That's definitely plow as I know it. I do roll rather than fold into snail. I haven't tried to put my knees on the floor/ over my ears. Towards the end my knees are around the top of my head but straight in they are on my hair line so I think I'm a fair way off that.

      Well how about that? Here I was thinking I was just being lazy after taking my legs over my head and then dropping my knees but it's a fair dinkum yoga pose!

          Yesterday's DD, 60 squat hops, EC.

          60 squat hops from DD and 37 jump squats from cardio.
          Week 20 / 616
          34 into Week 21- no counting squats until Monday.

          Pull-up Progress: 10-5-3 from pull up challenge and 7-5 neutral-grip

          Small bites:
          Day 29
          P_Epic 5: Done at Epic...with child assist for standard crunches. They make great dead weights.
          C_1 minute cardio: boing!
          C_1 minute plank
          C_30 day office: 4 min wall sit, partner says I'll need some Dire Straits for tomorrow.
          C_pullup: ignored the rest day- Day 30!

                                Not enough drills in my life, so back to my regular programming for a bit.

                                Yesterday's DD, 2min O pose, EC.

                                The Squat Patrol: Week 21 @92/d
                                100 deep squats at a good rate. Nice, breathing hard by the end.

                                Pull-up Progress: 7-4 and 7 neutral-grip

                                Hardback

                                Leg switch drills, hips need more of these.

                                Yoga, freestyle: Today this was through warriors to crow, up-down dogs, cat-cow to child.

                                Snail and corpse meditation. Got my knees over the top of my ears and feet solidly on the floor. I feel like I've won something.
