      1st May

Yesterday's DD, 20 raised leg crunches, EC

The Squat Patrol: Well I've topped out my numers for Week 18, how do I keep working without filling week 19 early? Let's do 5 unpleasant minutes instead of squats today.
60s hips below knees squat hold, 30s squat hops, 30s deep lunges (repeat). Then finish with 60s of duck walking.
I could do more duck walking that was nice.

      Pull-up Progress: 5 neutral-grip

      Small bites:
      Day 14
P_Epic 5: Done at Epic, sore abs but mixed 40 Vs in there.
      C_1 minute cardio
      C_1 minute plank
      C_30 day office
      C_pullup: done as 3x 20 Vs
      C_yoga: 60s ea side- nice

      100 V-ups

      Roll to standing drills...hardwood.

The Squat Patrol: Day 2 of no squats, 5x 60s of duck walking as my intervals

        Small bites:
        Day 15
P_Epic 5: Done at Epic, the 'don't wanna' factor was high for this one so pulled out Sandstorm to get me going...takes my mind to poor (but fun) decision past.
        C_1 minute cardio
        C_1 minute plank
C_30 day office: this was uncomfortable...the child climbing on my lap really didn't help.

Rolling on hardwood, no mats today. I need to get over the flinch factor.

            3rd May

Yesterday's DD, 30/30s single hand planks, EC...this was way easier than my head was saying. Had to check it was a 30/30.

The Squat Patrol: 95 deep squat/ hindu squat variations. Made the mistake of doing as sets of 20- waste of my time. Weighted the last 2x20 with children (~25kgs)- much better. Not counting the skiers as squats today.

            Pull-up Progress: 5 neutral-grip

            Small bites:
            Day 16
P_Epic 5: Done at Epic, when your kids tell you to do 'proper' burpees- the sweat!
            C_1 minute cardio
            C_1 minute plank
            C_30 day office
            C_pullup- done as Vs
            C_yoga

            100 V-ups

Io6 The DD plank was kinda fun, hey? Congrats on posting your pull-ups. Low numbers? You do yourself an injustice!!
And duckwalk only counts if you quack every 20 or so steps.

Lol TopNotch , in my head I have a heap of "base numbers" for different things. My base at the moment is 5 neutral-grips. Before I buggered my shoulder it was 20 standard...cue sad music and soft focus .
I was doing duck elbows for the kids...

You sound like you have a great base DorothyMH ...ever tried martial arts? BJJ is full of teenage boys who need their arses handed to them!

Io6, ah, no but my daughter was in karaté from age 4 to 18, and, now has her own daughter in martial arts. So, I *am* familiar with the forms and physical requirements of the sport

Yesterday's DD, 60s calf hold, EC

Virtual Training last night was hard...my shoulder and bicep are twinging this morning.
That make today's word of the day a traditional Australian one- rhymes with duck.
Actually that's two rhymes because I'm clearly whinging!

Nice long stretching- qigong session this morning.

Among the various tests that I did I noticed that I do better in pull-ups if I don't do them every day but I let 2-3 days go by, even the side pains decrease a lot, I don't know if it can be useful to you
