              80 squat step ups. These were particularly good today since there was a good wack of was 'hold it!'

                P_Epic 5: Done at Epic, high knees and planks...let's keep this action going.
                C_1 minute cardio: more high knees
                C_1 minute plank: more plank
                C_30 day office: tricep is fast becoming my least favourite hold.
                C_pullup: sets of v-ups with knee highs and side plank between.

                  Feeling 6,000,000 years old from Virtual Training last night. My shoulders and abs are so sad.

                  Yesterday's DD, 30 air circles, EC.

                  The Squat Patrol: Week 17 @ 76 squats per day:
                  80 weighted squats

                  Small bites:
                  Day 7
                  P_Epic 5: Done at Epic, well that nearly killed my shoulders.
                  C_1 minute cardio: half jacks...the low commitment jack.
                  C_1 minute plank: 1min wasn't to bad.
                  C_30 day office: like waiting for a bus.
                  C_pullup: salt in a shoulder shaped wound...these were fairly symbolic.
                  C_yoga: I could do more of this action!

                  Stretches...and going to try and get my shoulders to speak to me.

                    25th April

                    Yesterday's DD, 40 reverse angels, both myself and my daughter at EC

                    Did Fast and Dangerous (L1 no rest but 30s splits because 15sec is irritating) with my daughter...before giving her a tutorial in correct punching...then slapping technique. Yes she's still little but if you're going to do something- do it right.

                    The Squat Patrol: Week 17 @ 76 squats per day:
                    80 frog jumps = Week 17

                    Small bites:
                    Day 8
                    P_Epic 5: Done at Epic and a bit. The bridges were done as single deadleg (leg held straight out) bridges at 1min per side...nice serve of glute pain. All other exercises topped up to 1min per leg.
                    C_1 minute cardio: side jacks can only be done while singing a jig and pretending to be a leprechaun.
                    C_1 minute plank
                    C_30 day office: feeling better about these today.
                    C_pullup: started with 15 butterfly crunches, then started doing v-ups...did 100. Apparently Xavier Rudd is my V-up jam!
                    C_yoga: 1 min each side

                        A lot of exercises look pretty silly Rainbow Dragon , sometimes you just need to embrace it!

                        My life is full of bridge variations, most common are moving one like a hip escape/ shrimping. For single legs, the static leg sticking up is good practice for when I'm bridging (manoeuvring someone with my hips) and hooking with my leg.
                        The deadleg (straight out in line with the hip) is really good value for money. In no time at all it feels like someone is tearing your glute off

                          Yesterday's DD, 40 squat step backs, EC.

                          The Squat Patrol: Technically the last day of Week 17, (Week 18 @ 80 squats per day) making today is "do what I like" squat day. So I added 40 half pistols to the 40 squat step backs from the DD.

                          Small bites:
                          Day 9
                          P_Epic 5: Done at Epic, plank, plank, plank. Nice to get to the rotations and side bridges
                          C_1 minute cardio: jacks for those with frozen shoulders.
                          C_1 minute plank: ...I feel like we've met before.
                          C_30 day office: 1:40 at the bus stop...that's right, this bus is only going to take longer to arrive.
                          C_pullup: 3, 2, 1, nice pattern.
                          C_yoga: nice!

                            The Squat Patrol: Week 18 @ 80 squats per day: 90 hindu squats done at a nice sweat inducing pace.

                            Pull-up Progress: 5 neutral grip pull-ups (do these count HellYeah ?)
