Thanks HellYeah Joe76 Fremen AgilePhoenix !

This has been my favourite challenge so far Silent Wolf , bulking the hangs together kept the hang days interesting without the need for mindgames (like deadhang challenge) since 40s is comfortable. While drawing out the negative to full hang with that consciousness of engaging back muscle was really rewarding as I found it moved at a good pace for increasing the challenge.
It has improved my pull-ups (I can now pull up from a static hang whereas previously I needed momentum).

Sprawl and pin work with the ball.

Up-down dogs, crow work, plow games (apparently resting your knees on your head is called snail pose). Then finished up with some freestyle yoga and bit of quiet mind time.

The knee up and knee twists are fun DorothyMH , the leg ups are a challenge while the circles are punishment!

My son (5) did Busy Bee while I did this which was nice. Then clung to me while I did Inner Strength which really upped the 'inner strength' needed for that one.
Then sat and watched while I did Serenity.

It is best when they ambush unexpectedly at the end of a heavy set, when muscles are already shaking.

My toddler seems to have a sixth sense to know when I am on the 18th of 20 pushups, so that he can jump on my back before I am done.

Push ups are a sirens's song for kids. They either want kisses by laying underneath you or to kip-out on your back.
My son was sitting on me for a decent block of Supercut abs yesterday.
