I agree Fremen ! Having the arms as part of the movement is such an improvement. I'm used to training to keep my arms engaged (and in a useful defensive/ offensive position) with my feet drawing from the ground. So your hindu squats feel like a nice natural movement for me.
Thanks for introducing them to me, I'm going to have a go at incorporating them into my stance drills.

The Great Gama sounds awesome...never underestimate your opponent!

      Today's DD...when it appears.

Pretty sad not to have the page. This was my get out of bed routine. Might have to ditch these and make up my own daily-dares.

Put on shorts for the first time in a while...let's just say training at home has left me with legs that are more purple than skin.

Yeah... I used to do it in the morning, now it only appears at 3pm.

Yeah, definitely having a Southern Hemisphere self pity moment AgilePhoenix !
I'll build a bridge- possibly work with one of those random exercise + random rep set ups.

              Yesterday's DD, EC

Had a chat with my brother about what training he's doing atm. Always a bit of a laugh because he's all arms and chest (chicken legs) single rep kind of guy. He's my little brother but easy double my size (height and muscle). Whereas I wanna do cool stuff with my body that tends to need grip, core and stable legs.

Cold as here today so busted out the compression gear I use for training, my partner is really pleased

The Squat Patrol: 165 hindu squats, 70 weighted (15kg) squats

              C_Impact_6- did 100

Bag and Tag with 70 weighted squats all at 15kg.

Had a go at some static hip escapes and rolls but they weren't working for me. Falling out of shape.

Highly recommended the Negative pull up challenge.
Haven't really concentrated on negatives before but the focus you get to practice on your back muscle as you lower was great.

As two negatives equal a positive, if I can't do a negative pullup, does that mean I can do a pull-uo?!

This is a deeply philosophical question TopNotch ...
