          There is a problem. My weight has been stuck at 90kg for 2+ weeks. Sometimes it goes to 89.4 and then goes back to 90.5. I don't know what has changed. Maybe I have to re-calculate my calories as my weight has changed, and eat more (as workout started to be harder), or eat less (as the weight became less). I can't decide what to do. Now I am eating 1500-1600 calories.

            If you are trying to drop weight, you need a caloric deficit. I suggest recalculating using the weight you WANT to be.

                  DorothyMH I have been 4 months on deficit, and I met plateau. For around 3 weeks I have not lost weight, it's staying the same. I just think my deficit is too low as I started to do harder exercise, and my body is in stress. This is my theory. I am trying to add more calories slowly to make it comfortable for my body. Maybe it's a sign, but I saw minus 100 grams on my scales today in the morning
