                          Day 31:
Foundation Day 30: 3 sets and rest time 30 seconds.

I finished Foundation, and as a conclusion, I want to say the following:
                          1. in the beginning I was very much motivated, but in the end I did it just because I had to. Sometimes I did 3 sets only because I wanted to finish faster, but of course sometimes I couldn't physically.
                          2. there was one exercise (Knee-in & stretch) that made my left knee's backside to hurt. In my life I don't have any pain with it, it was only when I was doing that exercise.
                          3. I didn't start any diet, so weight is still the same. I guess so since I can't measure now, because I am traveling.

So according to the 1st and 2nd points I have figure out how to motivate myself, and visit a doctor to check my knee's backside.
According to the 3rd point I really don't know. I don't know how and where to start.

Anyway it's a badge day. And the next workout will be Zero hero.

Hey, sloker, What helps me when a program starts getting monotonous, is to mix other things in between sets. For example, I’ll use the daily dare between set 1 and 2, and the 1-min Cardio Challenge, between sets 2 and 3, and kicks/punches between other sets. I am doing the BaseLine program this month, and it’s gotten tedious at times, because I do it at level 3, so there are seven sets. Spreading it out with other exercises helps a LOT.
As for your diet issue, have you looked at the eating plans on the Darebee site? Many folks lean toward the something-Hero plan I think. All of The plans look fairly easy to follow, and definitely NOT faddish, so it would lead to positive life long food choices, if you utilized one of those plans....
Just some ideas to help your journey😉

                              Congratulations for completing the foundation!

Maybe use the program-finder to get a program that fits to your requirements. For staying motivated it's important to have fun during the exercises...
                              Keep going on!!!
