              Foundation Day 14 - 7 sets and rest time 30 seconds.

              Today was a very easy day, so I went ahead, and did everything on maximum.

                Foundation Day 15 - 3 sets and rest time 30 seconds.

                "Prone reverse flyes" was so difficult on the 3rd set. So I guess it's my weak point, and I hope it'll be better in some time.

                  Foundation Day 16 - 3 sets and rest time 30 seconds.

                  It is still uncomfortable for my back side of the knee of the left leg when doing leg extensions. When I straighten my leg, and then bend, something moves in the back of the knee. And I can't visit a doctor right now since I am in different country. it's not like strong pain, but it's just uncomfortable.
