    Yeaterday I skipped, because I was very busy in my work, but I don't give up and continue today.

    Foundation Day 7 - 3 sets and rest time 60 seconds.

    Day 6:
    Foundation Day 6 - 3 sets and rest time 2 minutes.

    This day was too much hard for me. First, because I have a big belly, and the second, because this night during New Year celebration I ate a lot.

    Also I had problems with some exercises. When I did "flutter kicks" and "raised leg circles" I couldn't make my legs straight at all. It was just impossible, because I am not flexible. If I tried a bit to make them streight I felt stretching pain not only in legs, but also in my lower back.

    Caius Yeah, I meant the back of my knee. I felt pain only when I was doing that exercise. I guess I will just decrease number of sets for couple of day. But thanks for advice.

    Foundation Day 5 - 3 sets and rest time 60 seconds.

    Seek a medical professional?

    I'm not sure what you mean by the pit on your knee, but I assume that you mean the back of your knee. If so, I guess it could be that your hamstring is working and the connective tissue is adjusting to the demand. RICE (Rest Ice Compression Elevation) usually serves me well with some problems, light activity with others ... depending on the issue.

    Foundation Day 4 - 3 sets and rest time 2 minutes.

    Today my legs are very sore. It's even difficult to walk, so I could do only 3 sets.

    By the way, when I did "raised leg swings" my knee pit on the left leg was hurt a lot. And I don't know why. But in my life I never experienced any problems with it.

    Foundation Day 3 - 7 sets and rest time 30 seconds.

    My legs really hurt after yesterday. But it's not that bad. And today it was very easy day, so I did everything with high level.

    Day 2 is completed. I did 3 sets with the rest time 2 minutes. It was quite hard today, so I couldn't increase the number of sets. I guess my legs will hurt tomorrow

    Hey sloker93! Congrats on starting foundation! I dont think you're locked into any level. I mostly finished foundation on level iii, however there were days that I only did level I. Doesnt matter, still counts! You should do however much is comfortable and sustainable for you.

    Sloker's journey

    Hello. I am 26 years old, from Russia with some extra weights. My work is about sitting all day in front of computer, so I realized I have to do something since I already have some troubles with my healthiness (neck and back pain, fat).

    My goal is to make myself look more athletic, and also win in war with neck and back pains (osteochondrosis).

    Okay, and today I started to do Foundation. Day 1 is completed.

    It was pretty easy to do it with Level 1, and rest for 2 minutes. So tomorrow I'll try with Level 2 and 60 sec rest time. Or do I have to stick to Level 1 for now, because the Day 1 is always easy?
