Hello. I am 26 years old, from Russia with some extra weights. My work is about sitting all day in front of computer, so I realized I have to do something since I already have some troubles with my healthiness (neck and back pain, fat).
My goal is to make myself look more athletic, and also win in war with neck and back pains (osteochondrosis).
Okay, and today I started to do Foundation. Day 1 is completed.
It was pretty easy to do it with Level 1, and rest for 2 minutes. So tomorrow I'll try with Level 2 and 60 sec rest time. Or do I have to stick to Level 1 for now, because the Day 1 is always easy?
