        642 Days of Iai
Qi Gong Set - I should have saved this for the end; it would have been a great cooldown/yoga set and I think I'll revisit it as such soon
        Kendo HIIT Workout
Half Marathon Training, Day 71 - 40 minutes

Also, did some meal prep for meals for the week because I ordered delivery too many times this week.

That meal delivery thing is easy to slip into, isn’t it? One or 2 times, and you’ve got a habit of spending money you don’t need to have

Yes, exactly. I feel like it's okay once over the weekend or if I have that as my actual plan (e.g., I have a deadline at work this week so I may not want to cook that day) but just because I planned my day poorly does not mean that I should order delivery.

Though I also admit there was a morning this week where I was like "I will pay the delivery fee and have pastries and a commercial coffee drink delivered!" It was wonderful, but not a thing I want to do too often. I had forgotten how sweet commercial coffee drinks are! I thought I put a lot of sugar in my coffee, but I don't want to think about how much sugar must have been in that.

I thought I could try your KENDO HIIT , Kanary
Ups....nope I have to stick with Hot SAUCE!!! Lol you're awesome you can do all those things, in Martial Arts . Every time I ,come over, your Thread, I take a look what you did and also see the videos which you linked .
Very interesting and very complicated as well ! ( to me 😁😉)

If you should choose 3 workouts which Darebee offers, from combat/ martial arts, which are the best for MA training, which it would be? Of course it's impossible to compare serious MA training with these, but I'm just wondering

As a general rule, I think the best workout for martial arts training is the one that you do. There is zero martial arts content in Rest & Repair and it's a Level 1 workout, but if it's the workout someone is doing, that makes it a million times better than looking at but not doing Level 5's Warsong (I don't think I've done this one! it looks fun! Maybe tomorrow!).

That said, here's my picks today. Ask me again tomorrow, and you will probably get different answers:
River - because it makes you move your body in ways you aren't expecting
Black Canary - for the obvious name reasons but also because I personally like its combos
Onna Bugeisha - because the last time I did it, I had to pause in child's pose during the stealth burpees so it's gotta be good

                Runners up:
                Seven Ninjas
                Witcher: Wild Hunt
                Gemini

(I did not actually pick my top three because they are all girl pics, but it probably does effect my choices.)

                  643 Days of Iai
                  Samurai, Level 3 w EC (120 cuts per set = 600 total)
Fight Like a Girl, Level 3 w EC (80 strikes per set = 560 total)
Half Marathon Training, Day 72 - Upper body workout - Power Builder w EC* (5 minutes punches -> 390)
Qi Gong Set - the same one as yesterday in a different position
                  Meditation Challenge, Day 29 - 15 minutes

*Chin-ups were negatives, all pushups from plank. No real rest between exercises, but enough to sip a little water.

                      Thank you!

I keep having to remind myself that "normal people" have trouble with things like the 30 stealth burpees in Onna Bugeisha: It's Difficulty 4 for a reason. Or that the 15-10-10-5-8 sets of to-failure pushups I did today is really totally fine for anyone. I would be screaming praise and getting out the pom-poms for that for anyone else. That's almost 50 pushups with a couple of short breaks!

But I keep feeling each of those like it's a failure because I "should" be "better." And not paying attention to the better that I actually am. So it genuinely helps to have someone else point out that I am doing fine by any sane metric.

Thank you Kanary for your answer !!

My the most favourite is Free Roam and everything from Dragon week 🐲🐲🐲🐉🐉🐉

HEADHUNTER too ..because it's so challenging for stamina 😉

                          Amen to that, sister!

Being emphatic towards others isn’t that hard. You know, golden rule and such: treat others like you want to be treated. But it’s often pretty hard to do the “reverse golden rule“: treat yourself as you treat others.

I think you’re very dedicated and you inspire people like me to do better.
