    Hi! I am new here!

    I am somehow way over the weight I want to be. I am 5, 4 and should be close to 135 and I am way over. I started to exercise this week by walking and taking two ballet classes. I feel good about the exercise but it makes me even hungrier! What advice do you have?

    Morah First of all, the best advice is to keep going!

    Also exercise/fitness/healthy eating is all a personal experience. Find stuff you like, and try stuff you never have. People can help you by them telling you what works for them but in the end only you can tell you what works for you.

    Build your core ... every other thing in terms of fitness comes from it.

        A reason why you might be hungry after you work out is because you might just be getting back into routine. I am new here as well and had the same problem as you for a short while until I started making these cool little meals from the nutrition Icon at the top of the page. Some of the meals may not be for you, but over time you will get used to exercising and have really delicious, nutritious food.

        If you wanted to choose a really basic program from this website, I would recommend the Foundation programme. A step up from that would be the Total Abs program.
