                Tonight was an easier night which coincided nicely with a call from family that ate into exercise time. Also while this 60 day exercise schedule is fun, it is also getting a bit grueling. Today is the halfway point, so the easier night was good in that way too. We were also tired from a two hour walk in the afternoon.

                We did Day 30 of 60 Days of Cardio, Day 45 of 90 Days of Action and Day 30 of Hero's Journey, all to a level I.

                No extra pushups since this morning, so I ended with 250 for the day.

                          This morning I mixed around the programs a bit and did Day 31 of Hero' Journey (usually do it in the evening). I went for the third option including the 200 pushups.

                          This evening we did Day 31 of 60 Days of Cardio, Day 46 and Day 47 of 90 Days of Action, and Day 16 of 30 Days of Change, all to a level I where relevant.

                          The 15 pushups from 90 Days of Action put me to 215 for the day, and pushed my average per day up again to 115.

                          Not such a busy day otherwise as it was a rainy day. I still got a decent amount of steps in (over 13,000) including a walk to the park once the sun broke through the clouds later on. Also I got to do some kite flying, which is obviously not exercise per se, but definitely counts as activity.

                            CaptainCanuck definitely requires some leg and shoulder actions to get that kite up in the air. I got a kite last year but haven't had the chance to unwrapped it yet. Last time I got one in the air was 2 years ago in Hawaii.

                              Toka I tried to find some information on the calories burned, and it is apparently close to playing table tennis, though I think flying a kite would have a wider range of calorie outputs based on the weather conditions and the size of the kite. Mine was just the cheapest one that I could find at the toy store.

                              I didn't do my morning routine today as it looked fairly easy, so I just added it in for tonight. So today we did a shorter than regular walk, and I also mowed the lawn for 45 minutes.

                              Tonight we did Day 32 of 60 Days of Cardio, Day 48 of 90 Days of Action, Day 32 of Hero's Journey, Day 16 of Spartan Trials, and Day 16 of Fighters Codex, all to a level I where relevant. We did the arm hold for Spartan Trails for 2:24.

                              I added in 60 pushups during the evening training.

                                This morning was a 20 minute run for Hero's Journey, plus 50 seconds of sprints which I just added to the run time. I headed to a different part of the city, which we hadn't been to until a few days ago and did a run there. It was approximately 3.8 km with a time of 21:05.
