Whirly15 TopNotch Lord Ynwa WSMC27 Thanks all!

I was not feeling very energized this morning, especially after last night's training which went long and late. Also left calf is feeling pretty tender after ... something last night. Still can't quite tell what triggers it. It seems like squats or lunges are the most likely culprit.

Because of that I did Day 14 of Fighters Codex and Day 14 of Spartan Trials, though all only to a level I. While exercises are supposed to switch between left and right, I had to do many more reps on the right leg because of tenderness of the left one.

Miss_Dada Thanks! And yes, it is fun to share them.

We didn't get up to much today, other than a decent step count (over 17,000).

Tonight we did Day 28 of 60 Days of Cardio, Day 42 of 90 Days of Action, Day 28 of Hero's Journey and Day 14 of 30 Days of Change, all to a level I where relevant.

I also added in 30 pushups.

This morning was a combination of 20 minutes running for Day 15 of 30 Days of Change and 5 minutes from Day 29 of Hero's Journey.

I got a late start so I decided to just do the neighbourhood run. I also missed hitting the start button on the stopwatch, so I can only guess that the time was around 30 minutes, because my step counter said that I have run for 30 minutes so far today (though it tends to be a little wrong, as in this case 30 minutes seems pretty fast).

AnnieW Thanks, but I think you have me beat for a beautiful location to run in.

Tonight we did Day 29 of 60 Days of Cardio, part 2 of Day 15 of 30 Days of Change, Day 43 and Day 44 of 90 Days of Action, Day 29 of Hero's Journey, as well as the add-on for weights and planks. Everything was to a level I where relevant.

I did 26-26-28-20-15 on the "to-failure" pushups, for 115 for the day. I did 5 each set for the "to failure" close grip pushups. I usually check in for pushups every ten days, but notably I did pass 20,000 pushups today, since I started tracking them on December 31.

                      Mianevem HuskyDog Thanks!

AnnieW Let's call it a tie then

Today I did Day 15 of Spartan Trials and Day 15 of Fighters Codex, both to a level I. I did 5-5-5-5 for pullups in Spartan Trials, and might have done more if I had not shredded my knee against the table tennis table on the first rep of the first set.

Fighters Codex had, among other stuff, 5 sets of 20 pushups each. I did this as 26-32-28-14, but it struck me that those numbers are interesting, as in February, my personal best was 27 at one point, and now I routinely do that numerous times inside of workouts. Sometimes we don't notice the progress that we are making, because we are too busy living it.

Today also marks 100 days straight. I was close once before, in March, but got food poisoning that knocked me out for two days, so now I can wear the badge after a longer than expected wait time.

Btw, we’re badge day buddies today, I’m also at 100.
