Nebulus AnnieW Io6 stephenphillips42 Thanks all!

After the half marathon this morning, I didn't feel like much for the rest of the day. Typically I like to work in some other activity so that I stay active throughout the day, but we even skipped our usual evening walk tonight (though we substituted backyard time with the kiddie pool). It also didn't help that it turned out to be the hottest day of the summer so far, though admittedly, the summer temperatures have been pretty great so far (we would have had humidex in the high 40s numerous times, if we still lived where we lived last year).

Tonight we did a level I in part 2 of Day 11 of 30 Days of Change, a level I in Day 21 of 60 Days of Cardio, a level I in Day 31 of 90 Days of Change, a level II in Day 32 of 90 Days of Change and a level I in Hero's Journey. I did 22-20-2018-15 for the pushups in Hero's Journey, plus 30 pushups + shoulder taps, which gave me 125 for the day. We also did the 5 minutes of plank, 30 biceps curls, 18 bent over rows, and 18 shoulder presses for Hero's Journey.

To be honest though, probably the hardest evening session I have done this year, everything considered.

hc0381 Thanks! I actually got to meet the original creator of this superhero about 6 years ago, nice guy.

              Fremen Toka Thanks!

Another early morning for me. I got about 3,000 steps in before the family woke up and did Day 11 of Fighters Codex and a level III in part 2 of day 11 of Spartan Trials. I had been doing the pullups with a weight vest on, but I tried without today, and got to 7-5-4-4 on "to failure" pullups.

Throughout the day we didn't get up to too much, though I did do 20 minutes of Just Dance 4 on the Wii. It occurred to me that this was the last year of the series that I like most of the music in, which I guess means that I officially became old in 2014 when the next one came out.

Tonight we did a level I in Day 22 of 60 Days of Cardio, a level I in Day 22 of Hero's Journey, Day 33 of of 90 Days of Action, and a level I in Day 34 of 90 Days of Action. The latter workout had 60 pushups (through pushup combos) and I added 35 more to get back to my average of 114/day.

Still pretty worn out today after the half-marathon yesterday. Hopefully the aches go away by tomorrow, though strangely dancing is pretty good to feel where the aches are, seeing as it is dynamic movement.

Never really liked Just Dance... Maybe I would if they made a Metal version - but there would only be two dance moves...

You, Sir, seem to be a really fit guy, wow!

Last night I dreamed I won a decent amount of money through a fitness app...

Wow, really? That must’ve been such a cool experience! Also, half marathons are difficult to say the very least, so take as much time needed to fully recover from it

Chris Lee Bear Most of the versions do have a metal song or two, though more mainstream stuff. As for fitness, I mostly just do what I like and see if my body can handle it.

Mianevem Well ... hopefully your dream comes true, then we can have the first axe throwing weekly challenge

hc0381 It was pretty good, mostly he was pretty down-to-earth. I got to see Stan Lee at a comic convention once too, and it was basically the same thing, super relaxed and funny, though I didn't get to talk to Mr. Lee.

I was up early again today, so much so that I logged 15,000 steps before the rest of the family woke up. That gave me a decent head start on my step count for today, and I made it over 30,000.

After the family woke up, I decided to do a bit more of my side project, of adding information to Courts of the World. I went to multiple courts, and shot around for a combined 30 minutes, but I check other stuff when there like the court dimensions and stuff like that, as the website looks for that information as well.

Tonight we did a level I in Day 23 of 60 Days of Cardio, a "level III" in Day 23 of Hero's Journey, a level I in Day 12 of 30 Days of Change and a level I in Day 35 of 90 Days of Action. I got off a bit easy on Hero's Journey, as I am still not attempting high knees thanks to the risk of reinjuring the calf injury, so it was not as challenging with march steps.

We did one video - Lower Abs Workout from Womens Workout Channel.

My wife was tired after she had already done some exercise earlier in the day, and after 30,000 steps I also wasn't feeling too keen on more, so we wrapped up with one game of table tennis.

No pushups in the programs today, so I had to add them up on my own. I did 130. That puts my 170 day count at 19400.

Thumbs up for your contribution to courts of the world. It’s wonderful what people can accomplish together by listing stuff.

                          AnnieW Thanks!

We had a slower day today, and didn't do much except for an evening walk.

As Spartan Trials and Fighters Codex were both stretching/mobility, I decided to move them tonight so that my wife could benefit from them as well.

We did Day 24 of 60 Days of Cardio to a level III, Day 36 of 90 Days of Action, and Day 24 of Hero's Journey. We also did Day 12 of Spartan Trials to a level I and Day 12 of Fighters Codex.

I did 60 pushups earlier in the day, and then did another 50 through the programs plus another 5 at night to get to 115.

This morning I had a 40 minute run for day 13 of 30 Days of Change (which was a level III) as well as 1 km of sprinting for Day 21 of Hero's Journey. I don't really do sprinting, so I planned to add on another 5-7 minutes. I was also supposed to run with a 2 pound weight for 30 Days of Change, but I decided against it. I went to the nearby park that I hadn't been to since early May, and completed the Blue Loop there, mostly through forest, but also surprisingly with a lot of steep inclines. The distance was approximately 6.95 km which I completed in 45:24. My legs are still recuperating a little from the half-marathon, and those hills didn't help my time either. Still a pleasant run, mostly by myself through the forest.
