New to Darebee training plans, but not to fitness or fasting. Gonna continue weight loss and adding lean muscle by following the Assassin Training Plan and IF. My fasting is M-F 16/8, low-carb, with no bread or added sugars. Maximum 1 cup rice per day. Saturday & Sunday are free days and sometimes cheat days.
I'm looking forward to getting good at running again!

I'm more used to full body HIIT, and while this was good on my abs, next time I will choose one that has more full body action. Can also move to 1m between rest as 2 is too long for me.

May as well add this challenge as well since I’ll be doing 90 days.
