      Was too busy today and ran out of time. Husband and I got dressed up to go to a small gathering and feeling pretty good in my dress!

      I was super low energy today and it was really hard to these! Couldn't even hold one planks for the full 60

      August Challenge 8/30 After those planks in my regular workout I just couldn't handle doing more. Will do tomorrow.

      Kinda feeling all over the place with the missing workouts. Getting enough sleep but I would feel better if I could get back into a regular routine.
      Had a great weekend though spent with friends. Today was 10 hours of board games! I haven't done that in years and it was really nice. My friends appreciated it too. It's really nice to be having irl friends I get to hang out with again. I really missed it, even before the pandemic. Nice to have gotten closer to them this year.

        Wow I guess I should have done the jump squats a couple of days ago bc I just managed to do 300 in that workout! Got some strong thighs for sure! Feeling much better after that workout.

          Trying something new with that IF today. Didn't do so bad except I went on my run at 645 and had a harder time not eating sooner. Might start running at night again if that is the case. Anyway that's halfway through my 8-week(ish) 5k training! Halfway there.

              August Challenge 11 & 12/30

              Quite a couple days! Kiddo did not sleep well two nights ago - up every 2 hours and up for good at 6. She and my husband napped for 4 hours in the afternoon and were fine afterwards but I was a zombie that didn't get much done and so didn't do any exercises at all yesterday except August Challenge, which didn't take 15m.
              Today was better but I wasn't able to hit 18 hour fast.
              Had to drop my Lasso weapons training in my journey though; calves have been having a hard time with just the 5k training, and I could instantly tell jumping was not gonna work out when I tried it today. Too bad, bc I do like it, but I am just unwilling to give up on the 5k training again. This is like the 10th time I've tried it.

              Anyway overall life is better, especially my mental health. For the first time in months I am not anxious-neurotic-depressed. Finally. Helps to see things in a new light and I'm much easier on myself.

                          Felt so strong after this one! Even my pushups to failure were all 10+.

                          Thanks for the kind comments everyone! Always wonderful, all of you.
                          After feeling so very stuck with this current weight loss plateau, it was really nice to feel how much I've improved today. The first time I did jumping lunges and squats with the body armor, it was so much harder and wiped me out. This time I finished strong! And with my good pushups today I could tell that while it might not always feel like it, I am making progress.
