      I am finally the Zero Hero! I finally finished the dang program. Feels good. I am really excited to start Hero's Journey, but I dunno if I should wait or not. Feeling like just going for it tomorrow! I'm feeling strong and in much better shape than I have been in.
      DorothyMH good to hear! I think I'll do both.

      Have also started waking up at 0730 to give me some time to do a workout before the day starts and I felt much more accomplished and happier today. Hopefully I can keep it up.

                  Slept terribly last night so didn't start Hero's Journey yet. I could barely get through my run so I was pleasantly surprised at how it turned out. Forgot to meditate though.

                    Kayaking for 2+ hours with a friend.
                    Zombies, Run! 5K Training Week 3 Workout 2 - 4.85km in 44:28 (9:09m/km)

                    Had an excellent 2 days! Hung out with a good friend last night after about a month of missing each other and had a great time. We both felt so much more relaxed after a busy month. Then we went kayaking - my first time - for a few hours in perfect weather. Then lunch and came home to do my 5k training.
                    such a good weekend to help my terribly stressful month.

                          DorothyMH it really was! Plus the friend I went with just recently bought some kayaks for him and his sons, so this might become a more regular thing. If I do go out with them again, I wanna bring my kiddo along.
                          Thanks LizardFriend95! I was also so relieved to have such a better day. This friend is perfect for when my life is too stressful and we've both gotten used to each other's company.

                          Low-key day relaxing at home with my partner. He napped on the couch while I read a book next to him. Peaceful, quiet, and wonderful lazy Sunday time. Played some fun games with friends tonight.

                          Looking forward to starting Hero's Journey tomorrow! Hoping to sleep well.

                            Hero's Journey 1/60 - L3. Done in 4 rounds of 50 reps each. Took 36m.
                            Points: 300
                            Starting Stats:28" waist, 138lbs.

                            I am mostly following the Modern Hero Meal Plan but I cannot just eat big meals. I don't eat much at one sitting and I don't want to eat when I'm full. Other than that, I'm following the plan and prioritizing fruits and veggies. Also doing Intermittent Fasting.

                              Exhausted today, but did well overall. Today's HJ was much easier than I thought it would be, but still a good challenge. Looking forward to having some good sleep.

                              Super crazy bad craving for cupcakes tonight, but I did not give in!

                                Hero's Journey 3/60 - Weapons Practice - Hammer, Lasso, Magic Ring, Body Armor
                                I wore the Body Armor for the weapons practice, which I think was a mistake, but I still did it so I will count those points. (50 points)

                                Hammer:
                                50 points - 10lb each arm. Changed bent over rows to tricep extensions since i wanna work on those the most. Can increase weight next time.

                                Lasso:
                                150 points - 5m jump rope in 30s sets. Tougher than I expected! Really awkward with the armor, won't use next weapons practice.

                                Ring:
                                100 points - 10s rest between each plank.

                                Points: 950

                                Hero's Journey is very fun!. I am sufficiently sore today from yesterday but not too much. Really feeling good each day.
