      Fell asleep before I remembered to enter yesterday's workout. Was exhausted all day. Still not sleeping well and am waiting for the bed topper I bought to help the situation. I had this fog of groggy over me for the whole day and just no energy. Managed to still get the workouts in though.

            Exhausted from housework today. Was on my feet and got a lot done. Hoping I can bring some good sleep and renewed energy to tomorrow.

            Getting a tad frustrated with stalled weight loss - currently stuck at 28" waist. I saw faster progress with the weightlifting but it was so dull and I wanna focus most of my energy on running to help with all my new stress. I think it's just that the Zero Hero program is too easy for me and I won't see results until I push myself again.

            Anyway, been sleeping poorly and that doesn't help either. Have another thing to add to my routine though - meditation. Getting back on that bandwagon today.

              Working on getting some better sleep. Might have to tweak my diet to be low-carb as well. I already cut out sweets during the week but perhaps it is not enough. Very worn out. Bedtime.

                Exhausted today. Was so tired last night at 22 but despite even my nighttime meditations I could not fall asleep until 0100. Then these godawful cats woke me up 3 times...
                I am nearing the end of my rope with those pets and with all the other stresses going on I am losing it. I have decided to dropped the IF since even if a positive stressor, it is still stress and I need to eliminate what stress I can right now.
                I've reached the limit of exercise I can do and I am trying to take it easy today... I'm meditating, spending time with friends... trying so desperately to get sleep. I think I really just need some good sleep. Hopefully I can have a better day tomorrow.

                          I was too exhausted for anything else after that terrible run. But my topper for my bed came in!

                          Finally got some good sleep! New sleep topper worked so well. I slept like a log for 9 hours! Feeling much better, but that is only the start. I still feel pretty stressed out and run down overall and I can tell my brain is getting a little anxious about things that I shouldn't be. So no extra workouts today, just these basics. Want to take it easy until I am feeling more stabilized.

                              Forgot to meditate today. Ah well. I did finally get some good sleep on my new bed topper! But I can feel that I need a lot more still. About to crash into it after I post this.
                              Still feeling mentally depressed and neurotic, so that's another reason I should be meditating. But tomorrow I get to go on another run! That should help with some of the stress.

                                July Challenge 17&18/30 - just realized I'm behind lol. Will do 2 days each day until I catch up.

                                Zombies, Run! 5K Training Week 2 Workout 3 - 3.55 km 32:25 (9.08 m/km) - Feels like temp was the highest I've run in - 88F! Had some fresh cool watermelon after I got in.

                                Very much looking forward to continuing onto my Hero's Journey! I'm thinking of going with the Lasso for some jump rope practice. Though... I am also tempted to do the Hammer for upper arms. I'll still have a few days to decide. My arms are the things I like the least that I would love to work on, and jump rope can be great for running. Will also be adding body armor since I have it.

                                Will be following the Modern Hero Meal Plan with IF. I would like to attempt to do a Before and After as well. We will see.

                                Feel so much better after that run though! Great stress reliever.
