      Morning
      Foundation Light - 27/30 Level 2
Spartan Trials (with 4lb body armor) - 16/30 Level 3 - I was super daunted by this today but I did really well! Something I love about this program is how quickly you see yourself improving.

      Afternoon
      July Challenge - 3/30
Walking to Running - 15/30: stretch day

      Intermittent Fasting: NA
Days of consecutive exercise (15m+): 7
      Daily Dares: 31
      Daily Dares +EC: 19
      Daily Meditation: 1

Today was good. Day off for the husband and I made some pancakes this morning, ostensibly for us all, but really just for the little one, it turned out. We barely got a bite in edgewise! I spent the day reading and relaxing, for the most part. So far my kid loves sitting with a book as much as I do.

After some consideration, I am switching away from the Power Fast meal plan. I will go back to fasting M-F, eating less processed/sugar/carbs and eat whatever I choose on the weekend. I will however pay more attention to portions and emphasizing my veggies. Easier for me to keep track of, I don't feel so confined and I can and in carbs as I need them for extra hard workouts.

Things are going really well in general lately and I'm feeling full of energy. In light of that I have a new project - I would like to try to get back on a regular schedule and more than that, get used to waking early. I will start at 0700 and gently work my way up from there. I even have a bit of a notion to wake up with the sun, but we'll see how I feel about that as I go.

Really enjoying this month's readathon so far! I've read 3 books and am starting on my 4th tonight. Putting more time in for reading has been really nice. Man. sleeping well as me so happy!

What a whirlwind. So July 4 & 5 had me destroyed by, I think, allergies. Migraine, bloody nose, low energy. Not a good two days, but I was able to do the easy Foundations and ab work.

Today was better, oddly. I didn't sleep all that well, because of a couple of nosebleeds; my own fault - I didn't refill my humidifier. Despite that, I woke up feeling great, full of energy. Got a lot done today, but forgot about today's ab challenge. Hoping to get back to normal now.
Foundation Light is complete! Instead of a new program though, I think I will supplement my running with more yoga in the AM. Still have some pain in my left calf, so I won't be running until I sort that out.

Aside from that mishap, yes, getting actual sleep is WONDERFUL

Dropping the June challenge. It's been a few days and I just don't have it in me. Very tired today so I did absolutely nothing and I'll be going to bed soon.

Phew, okay. This is frustrating, but things are changing again.

A few days ago, I started having some of my bad back pain again. I thought it may have been a monthly issue as I've had a terrible go of it this time around, but I find I still have pain. So perhaps I am somehow overdoing it again. I admit that Spartan Trials is tough, but I didn't think it was too tough and I felt good up until recently. My abs are pretty weak though and perhaps I am doing too much without proper back support where those are concerned.

In any case, I want to run again more than anything, so I will be focusing on that and shifting my Darebee workout to level 2. I'm going to do Zero Hero and restarting Walking to Running tomorrow. I think I will try to do it everyday again and put a big emphasis on yoga afterward. If I need to take a day off, I will. If I feel my daily workout hasn't been quite enough, I will add some workout or other. I'd like to focus on my abs and get them back into better shape.
I really like Spartan Trials and felt I was doing well. Hopefully I can return to it before too long. It's been a hard couple of days mentally as well bc I hate this - 1 step forward, 2 steps back. How effin' easy do I have to go for my body is able to keep going without these setbacks?? Bah.

For nutrition, I will go back to what worked for me, since I was having trouble with the Power Fast meal plan. My regular plan that worked for me before was IF 16:08 M-F with low-carb during the week and mid-high carb (desserts and breads allowed, within reason) on the weekends.
                            Beeeeeeeees.... I hate this.
