    Okay. So sleep absolutely nose-dived the past two nights. I didn't have any energy at all to do Spartan Trials on 6/23 and just couldn't even do one round. Couldn't do much of anything all day. And then I slept terribly that night as well - took hours to fall asleep and then I woke a few times... so I gave up on 6/24 as well. Went to in-laws and had them help with the little one.

    Luckily I slept better last night and was able to get back to almost normal? I still need to recover so I went slow and stopped at level 1. I was pretty well wiped by then. However throughout the day I was able to catch up on all the June dailies I missed. Plus, tonight's run felt amazing! And I had my best pace so far. Nice return after a couple days off.
    Man, I really just hope I can start getting better sleep soon...

          Felt pretty good today, but that run was the worst. My legs are really hurting and I could really use a bath. Alas, still not able to do so. Gonna have some DOMS tomorrow, but that's okay; it's a balance and restoration day in the trial, 15m walk, and I'm adding a bunch of yoga.

            Today was a great day. Accidentally broke my fast early by eating some orange slices given to me by the little one, but everything went well today.

            Lots of stretching in the AM, relaxed day, got a lot of cleaning done but took it slow. At around 2pm I noticed something weird... I wasn't tired. Also, I haven't been tired. I don't feel anxious. Messes/stressors exist but don't pick at me. I think my weighted blanket may be helping me get honest-to-goodness, DEEP sleep. I feel refreshed-calm-relaxed. I don't even remember the last time I felt like this.

            Is this what normal people feel like?!

                Today was a bit disappointing. I normally do my workout at 1100 and eat my first meal of lunch at 12 but today I was running errands and didn't even get to my workout until around 13, which I think was too much. I was shaking in the first round and barely able to finish at level 1. That's a bummer, but I guess it was where I was at today.
                Skipped today's run; i still have some soreness and pain in my left calf despite a lot of stretching yesterday and today. Don't want to run with pain. So I guess taking it easy was the name of the game and just completing the June challenge.

                            Today's run went really well! I was a little worried about the sore calf and my hamstrings, but the only thing holding me back this time was my breath. Need to get better at that when jogging for longer. Though 3 minutes didn't feel as excruciating as the 2 minutes did last time. So that's progress!

                                I think I'm going to have to change the Walking to Running program to every other day with a deep yoga stretch in between because I got terrible seizing up pain in my calves again. My pace was good though!
                                Today's second part of Spartan Trials was tough. My shoulders will be so sculpted.

                                I'm actually not watching Discovery DorothyMH. I tried because I like the actors but... I just hated everything about the first 2 (or two-parter?) episodes. It was difficult to finish the episodes, even. I might try again, as I have a friend that has told me some stuff of later episodes that are interesting to me... we'll see.
