      Accidentally messed up my timer and did a 3m jog session. Still felt good.

      136.57 km / 85.4 mi

      @DorothyMH yeah I am! I used to meditate daily and I don’t recall why I dropped it but I have been doing so much better on the days I meditate in the AM. Less stressed, better attitude, I even fast better! It feels nice and such an easy treat to make my day.

              Oh man. Had to take breaks in between. Abs are getting the workouts now instead of the shoulders. Feels good.

              Slept in, had an excellent and unhealthy breakfast, and went on an early Valentine's Double Date to Medieval Times. We had fun! Hadn't been in over 5 years. Food was delicious, and pretty healthy.

                        Thanks for the congrats, everyone! In doing my knee push-ups today I could tell that the wall push-ups paid off - these knee pushups are WAY easier than I remember!
                        DorothyMH I didn't time it actually. Maybe I will for this challenge.


                        I've had enough reflection for now and have started KonMari and spring cleaning. I've made some really good progress and it's been feeling good to let things go that I no longer need in my life. I'm not sure if this is a side effect of meditation or the tidying (I suspect a bit of both), but the clutter in my home doesn't stress me out at all. It was an incredible feeling in a very stressful day and it made me really happy.

                          I'm glad that's the end of the Core Control because I didn't really feel much core use during the whole thing. Onward to more ab work!
                          I'm really missing my old HIIT workouts so I think I may just have to add one or two and do 30 Day of HIIT for my next workout program. I think I've had enough of taking it easy.

                            Well, good job for finishing it anyway. It actually does use your core when you lift your legs to the side like that. Balance, remember, is a core product😎🥳
