        Stressful day. First day of potty training and it was a little rough on the both of us. Many thanks to DorothyMH BlackButler Fremen NancyTree and Julian4077. I've never had so much support from an online community before - and honestly not even in many offline groups either. I'm always really excited to see what you guys are up to and take some motivation from your threads and it feels good to celebrate with you all.

            I feel the same, @Sasstronaut!! I am finding this community more helpful than my journal, this year! I come to this site first thing in the morning to see what y’all have accomplished, and to absorb the positive motivational energy!🥳🥰

              Ate pretty poorly today... stress of potty training and also not being able to cook since I must watch the little one constantly. No matter! I did well most of the rest of the month and I am still fasting regularly, so every little bit counts.

                                Did the Switch Ring Fit game with my friend today instead. It was fun and tough! 15m of various exercises - squats, arm squeezes, in and out boat crunches, jogging. I really liked it and my arms were so sore.
