Its finally 15 consecutive days of workout.. yay..
I think this is the first time ever that I worked out for 15 consecutive days.. that too with 6kg dumbbells.. never even imagined that.. always thought it would be enough to reach a stage where I can work with 5kg..
And after years of using darebee programs.. all those interruptions.. learnings.. its badge day..

                  30 mins Meditation
It is all planks today.. so happily did all that in the morning..
I don't target a time for meditation, just let it happen till I cannot feel my legs and they start sending weird signals.. when i can no more concentrate..

I Got a little excited and did tricep extensions and chest press.. then realized I have done half of D17 of IB.. so went ahead and completed the entire workout..
And yeah, the 7 day barrier.. D7 of CS was after 3 days since D6.. I will have to do the D8 as soon as I wake up tomorrow.. and break this 7th day barrier in every program I do..

                      Haha, great work with Ironborn
Looking forward to your log tomorrow, you can break this barrier

Some things just get stuck in our psyches, don’t they?πŸ₯΄. You can break it, tho!!

                          D8 of Core Strength
                          D9 of Core Strength
                          10, 15, 25mins meditation with decent breaks in-between.

I woke up early for when I slept last night.. I was in no condition to continue and do the D8 CS immediately..
So I meditated with un-intentional breaks.. once I felt good, I did D8 & D9 too for good measure..

You're on point there, it was from when I started this log.. I was not able to move ahead from D7 of 90 DoA.. and it is a HIIT..
Thank you PrincessFancy, this time I intend to be on the journey for long haul.. Every and any barrier has to be overcome or taken down..
Now the D7 barrier is overcome, not once but twice .. Next challenge is working with HIIT and getting those right..

I made peace with HIIT training when I allowed myself to go at a speed that was good for me from time to time, I'm not an "all out" type every time

Thank you Fremen DorothyMH .. everyone that talk about HIIT does seem to see death face to face..
I am sure I too shall find a way to survive that.. only right is not that time.. I'll remember your point Fremen ..
I did the D18 of IB but not completely and I cannot just mark it complete.. will do it again..

Today my back hurt a lot when I started squats.. decided to skip the lunges immediately after and did deadlifts.. which surprisingly gave a lot of relief..
