Hello Bees.. Its been quite some time..
It's very easy to stray from a routine without a log like this here.. and I didn't even realize it..
Thank you TrompyNL for pointing that out.. I went ahead and did all 5 days from Aug 1-5th with EC..
But then again strayed from it..

I should thank oneironaut for posting regularly on Discord channel.. especiallly runs at the end of the day for oneironaut being the first thing I see in the morning..
This has kept me on track with my '100 Days of Running' (HDOR) event not missing any day till date..
51 days has passed in the event and I have walked atleast 2kms.. (mostly 3 kms) on every day.. including atleast 10 kms every sunday (7 so far)..
From today I shall update the log on daily basis and also will return to training with foundation light.. and of-course DDs..
see you all again at the end of the day with today's log..

Hello dear bees, A very Happy New Year..
I went on a road trip with 3 other friends tracing the coasts of Indian peninsula, 8000kms on motorbike.
It was long time dream to go on a long trip and with available holidays and favorable circumstances I did it and enjoyed the entire ride.
            Here are some pics..

Now after the trip, the shoulder has started to annoy and the body has completed accustomed to sitting on a bike for long hours and walking a while is also a bit of hard work.

so I took a break of a week after the trip and started walking again.
Today did 6kms walk in 60 mins..

I intend to keep up with some or the other activity regularly this year. lets see how it'll go.

thank you Gandhalfit.. It took 21 days.. we rode during day time and halted at sun down.
and thats the reason that I started to walk as the body got used to sitting on a motorbike for 15 hours a day..
