    daily dare- 50 squats, Day 2 of Gravity (included 3 sets of pushups to failure 20, 14, 14)


    Currently training for a half marathon. My mood has been low lately and I haven't been very motivated to run so I've been focusing more on cross-training in my apartment lately. I can definitely use more strength training, especially upper body since running is usually my go-to for exercise. I hope to continue the 30 days of gravity as I get back into the running groove.
