    Flight of the DragonWolf

Hello there. I've been doing Darebee on and off for about a year now. I found it looking for... something, can't remember what, decided I liked the look of it, and then discovered that I liked working out. Even when I hated it.
I've done a few programs now, and my fitness has definitely improved, but my approach is somewhat sporadic. Therefore, this thread. I'm hoping it will keep me on track. I decided to do the 30 Days of Gravity program, as a few of you recommended it, I liked the look of it, and to be entirely honest I also thought the name was cool. So without further ado...

    Friday, 6th September
    Good Morning World!, Day 6
60 secs jumping jacks as always. Not much to say about these, pretty easy.
    Daily Dare
40 seagulls, done with EC. And with pain.
5 Min Elbow Plank Challenge, Day 1
20 sec elbow plank. No problem.
30 Days of Gravity, Day 1
Part I - Circuit, Focus Legs. Done on Level III. Got more out of breath than I was expecting, but otherwise wasn't too bad.
Part II - Endurance. After all the squats, my legs weren't happy about doing anything else, and they shook the entire time.
    1st set: 20 secs
    2nd set: 30 secs
    3rd set: 34 secs

So yesterday's workout felt alright at the time, but today my legs really hurt...
      However, keep going!

      Saturday, 7th September
Good Morning World! Challenge, Day 7
      60 secs jumping jacks, done.
      Daily Dare
40 knee crunches. Done with EC, not too bad.
5 Min Elbow Plank Challenge, Day 2
25 sec elbow plank, wasn't too hard.
30 Days of Gravity, Day 2
Part I - Circuit, Focus Arms. Honestly after the punches-and-push-ups days in Cardio Blast, this felt pretty easy.
Part II - Build Up. I'll be very interested to see how many push-ups I can do at the end vs how many I can do now.
      1st Set: 12 push-ups
      2nd Set: 8 push-ups
      3rd Set: 8 push-ups

      Also done today: 6000 steps.

OK, third consecutive day of fitness is up!

          Sunday, 8th September
Good Morning World! Challenge, Day 8
60 secs jumping jacks , as always.
          Daily Dare
50 squats. Done, although not with EC. My legs are still recovering from doing 120 squats in a row the day before yesterday.
5 Min Elbow Plank Challenge, Day 3
          30 secs elbow plank. Easy.
30 Days of Gravity, Day 3
Abs. Done on Level III. Oooh. Haven't done an ab workout in a while, and my abs definitely felt this. At the last raised leg hold, by legs started shaking like crazy and I barely finished it. A shorter workout, but an intense one. I anticipate ab pain tomorrow.

Also done today: 4000 steps. Which isn't really very many, but there we go.

Up bright and early this morning. Ab pain wasn't nearly as bad as expected. All in all, a good day!

Oops, posted that accidentally before I'd finished
              Here's the actual log post.

              Monday, 9th September
Good Morning World!, Challenge, Day 9
              60 secs jumping jacks, done.
              Daily Dare
40 lunges with twists. Done with EC, harder than I expected.
5 Min Elbow Plank Challenge, Day 4
10 reps superman, 2 sets. Done easily.
30 Days of Gravity, Day 4
Part I - Circuit, Flexibility. Overall easy. Kneeling hip flexor were the hardest part.
Part II - Splits. I have no idea how low is considered good with these, but I think they went OK.

              Also done today: 8000 steps.

              Consecutive days of fitness: 4

                    Tuesday, 10th September
Good Morning World! Challenge, Day 10
                    60 secs jumping jacks, done.
                    Daily Dare
40 squat hold side bends. Done with easy, found this one pretty easy.
5 Min Elbow Plank Challenge, Day 5
45 sec elbow plank. This was the first time in this challenge that stopping started to feel like a desirable thing. Not that I plan on stopping
30 Days of Gravity, Day 5
Part I - Abs & Core. More ab work... I suppose its good for me.
Part II - Endurance. Done on Level I and a bit - I held the plank for 1 min 15 secs, that was as far as I could go.

                    Also done today: 6000 steps.

Great work so far. Good luck with the 30 Days of Gravity, I'm too chicken to try that one yet. I look forward to seeing reports of your progress.

Next day up! A week in is usually where I end up breaking my streak, so let's see if I can stick to it this time.

                        Wednesday, 11th September
Good Morning World! Challenge, Day 11
                        60 secs jumping jacks, done.
                        Daily Dare
60 secs calf raises. Done with EC. I love doing these.
5 Min Elbow Plank Challenge, Day 6
1 min elbow plank. A challenge but an enjoyable one, for some reason. I feel like reaching the one minute mark helped - this is the longest I've ever done an elbow plank so far.
30 Days of Gravity, Day 6
Part I - Circuit, Focus Arms. I really like the arm days on this program (I know there's only been two so far). The work is hard but I don't feel like I'm dying, which paired with good music makes for a genuinely enjoyable workout.
                        Part II - Build Up.
                        1st Set: 13
                        2nd Set: 8
                        3rd Set: 4

                        Also done today: 5700 steps.

OK, I've been doing this for a week now!

                          Thursday, 12th September
Good Morning World! Challenge, Day 12
                          60 secs jumping jacks, done.
                          Daily Dare
40 prone reverse fly extensions. Done with EC. These things are harder than they look.
5 Min Elbow Plank Challenge, Day 7
1 min 10 secs elbow plank. I... did not know I could do that, to be honest. The knowledge that I can is a good feeling.
30 Days of Gravity, Day 7
Part I - Circuit, Focus Legs. Done on Level III, although very slowly. Actually didn't find this as hard as the last leg day, hoping my legs won't hurt too badly tomorrow.
                          Part II - Endurance.
                          1st Set: 30 secs.
                          2nd Set: 30 secs.
                          3rd Set: 30 secs

Step Count: 2000 - not exactly great.

Good Morning World! Challenge, Day 13
                              60 secs jumping jacks, done.
                              Daily Dare
40 reverse lunges. Done with EC. Bit of a burn, not too bad.
5 Min Elbow Plank Challenge, Day 8
12 reps superman, 2 sets. Nice break, a day without an actual elbow plank.
30 Days of Gravity, Day 8
Part I - Circuit, Flexibility. Done on Level III. Don't think I've done prawn extensions before - not really a fan.
Part II - Side Spilts. That was fine.

                              Step Count: 6200
