    Dancing to the stars

    About:
    I'm a brazillian girl that started dancing again, since I started college I haven't being much active (I did exercise sometimes). But now I want to improve my balance and flexibility (even if it's not that bad) and get healthier. And I think that keeping a log will help me stay motivated too.
    Once a week I have dance rehearsal with my team (Saturday or Sunday), and I usually walk about 15-20 minutes on weekdays.

    {I started exercising before starting the log, but didn't document anything}

                I am used to doing planks, but I only hold the last one for 50 seconds, it was hard but I'm feeling good with myself.
                I did day 9 of 30 days of yoga (meditation) after studying and it helped me relax a lot, so I will probably try to keep meditating on my routine.
