Today I am really satisfied with the training I did
I had a clear perception that my balance improved in yoga tree pose
3 pull-ups as fillers of the Ironborn are perfect as number of repetitions per set and also the total number is ok (3x20 = 60), I managed to maintain an excellent shape in all the repetitions and the total number did not give problems with the other exercises with weights.
I did 100 sit-ups in a row at the end of training without problems

I don't know why I did it but:

                  Ironborn (leg day)
300 hindu squats in one go
                   300 march steps
                   300 step jacks
                  156 handles push-ups
                  The Pits Workout

indeed yes, I know because I did it:

Today was a quiet workout and I had no pain from yesterday's training
The excellent for me both as warm up and as cool down-stretching at the end are 5 minutes of Yoga Sun Salutation, I will try not to get caught up in the haste-prigriety and keep in the daily training those 10 minutes of Yoga-stretching that do the difference.
I did a test by putting together the sit-ups of both the Ironborn and the Batcave Challenge: 166 sit-ups in one go and it went well, 200 in a row are officially feasible

I am with you on the Yoda quote, TopNotch . Trying--actually trying (not just thinking about trying or making a half-arsed attempt because you've already decided you're going to fail)--is a good and necessary thing. The true choice is never between "do, or do not" since whether or not we can do a particular thing often involves factors which are outside of our control. The true choice is "try, or do not try." Without trying there can be no doing.

                          Comment

Rainbow Dragon TopNotch then I think that the "mistake" factor comes into play as a fundamental component of learning, we learn by mistake, it is not something to avoid or be ashamed of but the only way to progress: by attempts but in any case, we must do it first

Today I started trying to make peace with the set to fatigue, after the Ironborn and 102 handles push-ups, since the programs and the challenge coincided with the training I made 6 sets to fatigue of handles push-ups (17-11-10-8-9-6) to finish the number of repetitions that I had to do for today (160).
I have to work on it again, it happened to me twice that I could not get up so it was not to fatigue but to failure. It's not the same thing and it's not what I'm looking for.
It is an interesting training for the ego, it is not better than more but it is better done better
I had already chosen to prefer an always better push-ups and pull-ups execution rather than a higher number of consecutive repetitions in a row.
I chose to train only in the handles push-ups which are more difficult for me, because they are slower and wider as movement, practically in this way I halve the total number of push-ups in a row that I can do.
The same thing I chose to do for pull-ups, I do more in total numbers but in small sets so as to be sure of doing good performances every single repetition.
But the ego does not like the falling numbers but it will have to make a reason for it
So I will continue to use small sets of handles push-ups (5) and pull-ups (3) as filler for the Ironborn as an extra push and to get to the overall number of the training I will try to use the sets to fatigue.

Today I was a little tired, it is a period that I do not sleep well at night and this thing weighs on my physical condition but the training went well: 72 extra pull-ups (3x24), 120 sit-ups in one go and 10 minutes of combat workout at the end

And now I deserve this beautiful Fish Pie
