                              I love Athlean-x, Jeff is such a wealth of information! I like the stuff you added to Ironborn, I also added more push-ups because I felt the program was light on it and I had wanted more. Great work today, how are you liking bat cave so far?

                                The Batcave Challenge is going very well, the days with the push-ups are perfectly coordinated with the shoulders, chest & triceps of the Ironborn (I chose it on purpose).
                                I think this challenge is a good addition to training without compromising it because too demanding, at least so far, the most difficult part will be all those push-ups.
                                My goal is: sit-ups always in one go, hindu squats always in one go and all handles push-ups
