              Keeping a cannon ball (kettlebell) in your hand while doing leg exercises is not easy, luckily I added the Yoga program to the Ironborn program
              With the Kettlebell I am more balanced but I really struggle to keep it in the hand of brute force all the time (at chest level, tight)
              I have to watch some videos

                      Doing the sitting twists with 16 kg of kettlebell is not exactly easy but it went well, I still have aching legs since yesterday but I still managed to do the combat workout
                      I am enjoying the mix of weights, fighting techniques and yoga

                          Usually when I do the sitting twists to increase the difficulty I keep the feet raised from the ground but with a weight it is not feasible but the abs work the same even if the feet are on the ground

                                I have a new friend: DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) I like the training I am doing but my body is looking at me a little strange
                                The combination of weight training and bodyweight exercises is very interesting but I'm not used to it, yet
