    I prefer a bottle of water. I have a habit of not bothering to wake up properly before I reach for water. Finding a bottle is easier than cleaning up a mess!

      The fact that my laptop's keyboard isn't functioning properly anymore may or may not be the result of a similar issue...

          I struggled in all the exercises of Ironborn and suffered in tricep extensions, I had to redo them and I who wanted to add push-ups or pull-ups to failure in the days of the arms ... deluded
          It must be said that yesterday I destroyed myself moving furniture all day, I hope it is for what I do pity today
          I added a combat workout to not lose the training of the Combat HIIT program and I had fun doing some yoga
          I will use the Flexibility Challenge as a warm-up for the combat workout.
          The training for the next month will be structured in this way: weights, fighting, yoga so as not to miss anything

                          Today I used my new Kettlebell with the deadlift clearly my body is not used to lifting weights at all but i train for that
                          I increased the holding of the yoga positions to 30 sec, which I also did yesterday, and added more stretching.
                          This is going to be a very stressful month so it's better to lovingly take care of me: stretching and yoga as if there was no tomorrow
                          and yes also kicks and punches to throw stress out
