I so feel you on this. I try (try!) to remember that organization is a skill, like any other, and that I need to have grace for people who have not developed that skill to the same level as I have.

In other news: I found this in my local grocery store yesterday:



(Maybe it is sacrilege to make tiramisu with instant orzo? But this is the only kind I could find here. I did briefly consider roasting and grinding my own barley. But that seemed really time-consuming. Besides which, I don't have an espresso machine or moka pot. So instant will have to do.) I am looking forward to trying the recipe--I have never made tiramisu before--but I am torn as to whether to try the cheese version or the nut version. They both sound really good!

Soluble barley is fine 😊 I advise you to try to start the traditional version with mascarpone 😁 Rainbow Dragon

30 Days of Gravity

PRO

- It's a solid strength training and growth program, there are all the basic and essential exercises.
- There are no advanced exercises and this really makes it available to everyone.
- The division into difficulty levels allows both to dose the amount of exercise and the time you want and can spend in training.
- The division of a few days into parts and the failure exercises allow everyone to test themselves.
- There are days when balance and flexibility are also trained, which is only good.

CONTRO

- Dividing the training into two parts sometimes lengthens the training session quite a bit.
- It's a strength program but you feel a little lacking in some cardio exercise.
- The few repeated exercises for many repetitions can sometimes be boring.
- On the same day training biceps and back and pectorals and triceps is a bit heavy, I preferred the division in two days of 30 days of strength.

* I honestly liked 30 Days of Strength more.


Combat HIIT

PRO

- It is a quick program, taking all the breaks on the longest days, you will get a maximum of 30 min of training.
- It's a nice cardio workout without always doing the same exercises.
- It is very varied and you never get bored.
- For each day there is an explanatory video, for those who start this type of training it is really useful.
- In addition to the difficulty levels, you can also change the training by increasing or decreasing the pace by going from a real HIIT to a cardio workout.

CONTRO

- Even with the guides from Darebee: Guide to Punching and Guide to Kicks it's not easy to really start from scratch, and this in my opinion is the only negative note that this program can have unless you really can't stand the fighting techniques.

I had a lot of fun doing both programs together and especially in a few days mixing them resulted in a very varied and exciting training
