Thanks Trbrat75 BravoLimaPoppa3
Rainbow Dragon I'll tag you the recipes as my partner translates them and passes them to me
In casserole dishes there is whole wheat pasta with vegan bechamel, cauliflower and cheese all baked in the oven
I copy the recipe for the pie, this is with eggs, the one in the photo did not have them, it can be done using any cooked vegetable.
For the vegan brisée:
200 Gr whole wheat flour
2 Gr salt
55 Gr extravergin olive oil
70 Gr water
For the filling:
200 Gr steamed chicory
2 medium potatoes
(You can substitute this vegetables with spinach or chard, onion, leek, bell pepper, zucchini, mushroom or mix of vegetables)
4 eggs
2 tablespoon plain yogurt
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
Mediterranean herbs mix
Garlic powder
Chili powder
70 Gr cheese (Asiago cheese in this case, but also pecorino cheese is great) cut in a small cubes *
In a bowl combine the ingredient for the vegan brisée until mix is crumbly. Continue to work with your hands until you obtain a soft ball and let sit for 10 - 15 minute.
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes in small cubes, cook in a pan with a tablespoon of oil, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, a pinch of chili powder and soutè for 10 minutes, then add the chicory finely chopped. Add salt and a teaspoon of mediterranean herbs and cook for another two minuts.
Beat the eggs with yogurt, salt, pepper in a bowl.
Put the dough on the cutting board and roll it out until it is about 1 cm thick. Put the dough in a banking dish (covered with baking paper). Then put the potatoes and the chicory over the dough, sprinkle the cubes of cheese, cover with beaten eggs.
Bake at 180 °C for 25 - 30 minutes.

TopNotch I don't get how that guy can even stand well.
But seriously I have seen pictures or videos of bulky guys with chicken legs at the gym, and it actually doesn't look that bad to me. I also saw that in real life on the street long time ago. It was a bit strange but I didn't think too much about it. Those with mascular meaty legs are surely impressive, too. Saw a real one recently.

Ooh! That pie sounds super yummy! I am totally trying that this week! Thanks, Fremen!
(I have never made pastry before without butter. I will be very interested to see how that turns out.)

I did my usual mix of pull-ups, push-ups and rounds of Combat HIIT for 15 sets in a row without rest and I had fun
When I do low series of pull-ups and push-ups handles focusing on the form of execution of the exercise rather than on the number of repetitions I realize that my muscles work in a completely different way than when I aim to do as many repetitions as possible giving up a bit of a precise shape.
In the near future I will work more on a perfect form of pull-ups and handles push-ups rather than on increasing the maximum number of repetitions that I can do or at least I think so today
Have a nice day bees

You’ve said that before, and I’ve noticed that as well with my own training. Form over speed or failure is definitely better. Most times. And, over time, I’ve noticed a huge difference IN my form when I *do* speed up or even go to failure. This is a fun result of focus on form, I think!👏🏼😎

TopNotch it is absolutely true
I think learning to appreciate an exercise done in the most perfect form is also a good exercise in humility.
I honestly am able to do just over 20 slow push-ups handles with chest on the ground and this puts my pride to the test and the same goes for pull-ups, made with a perfect shape probably I would not arrive at 15 on my personal best.
Humility is also a training
