so many pups need a loving home! I am glad they will be adopting!!
It's something I share a lot, there are many dogs that started their life in a bad way but can spend the rest of their days happy and loved and give lots of love and sweetness in return
I noticed that I'm having fun mixing the programs a bit, alternating a set of 30 Days of Gravity and a round of Combat HIIT and it's definitely fun and more interesting
I also noticed that the ideal duration of my training has risen from 30-45 min to 1 h and I like it
I'm already thinking about training next month, for now the idea is: IRONBORN, a combat workout and 30 Days of Yoga, as a challenge I think of Flexibility Challenge.
I'm reevaluating the exercises to failure...
Today at the beginning of the Combat HIIT rounds I made a set of pull-ups failure (15-7-6-5-5) and three sets of fast push-ups nose to the ground within the round (7-7-7) all for 5 rounds 1 min rest between rounds.
My mistake in approaching the exercises to failure was due to the fact that I wanted to do them every day and this over the long distance massacres you.
I think next month I'll try it by inserting the pull-ups and push-ups to failure on the respective IRONBORN training days in order to use them as an extra push.
In the meantime, I go back to reading the articles in the Fitness section
HellYeah Thanks, the idea is exactly that
I realize that as I am made I must first reason, then try, then reason again and this thing can safely last forever
