I like to hold for a long time the positions in which gravity slowly stretches the whole body
I should include in my workout at least 5 min of deep stretching, even just a position that changes from day to day, I have to think about it.
14 slowy handles push-ups for The Pushers, I start to feel them, I fear that by increasing the daily repetitions I will have to increase the speed of execution to do them all in a row, we will see.

I did both programs without breaks and I doubled the sun salutation yoga both as warm up and as a final stretching, it was a good workout
I would say that my partner found out that I don't use the pull-ups tool every day as before ...
Maybe it wasn't a great idea to put the dryer next to it
Anyway tomorrow I use it

Actually that's a good reason to get one - when I'm not using it. I had to wash less bed sheets because there isn't enough space on the rack to hang them.
