I did the math and my basic training takes me 30-40 minutes of time so I chose for the next 30 days of training a program that takes about ten minutes and no more.
I didn't take into account that no one explained to "30 Days of HIIT Advanced" that it's add-on workout for me I'll be snappy like a gazelle in 30 days

Are you doing your pullups as singles and from dead hang?
If so: Try to start from a negative and only go down 80%. That way you skip the initial part of a pullup, what usually is the most impactful on the shoulders/elbows. Doing more than one per set might be of help, too. Because you are able to use a bit of momentum.
