            I can't keep up with the pregnant bolly dance instructor
            I increased the reps of the warmup, now it's a bit colder and I need to warm up better and I was able to do 5 sets of 7 pull-ups, it's a little progress that gives me satisfaction

                  Today I had a bit of a headache that started during the night but I managed to train well
                  I changed the repetitions of the program and reduced the sets to 5, 750 punches, 100 push-ups and 500 hindu squats without a break was definitely a nice workout

                            Not yet but I'm working on it ​for now I got to 300 in a row
                            Yesterday I didn't take breaks but the pattern was:
                            100 hindu squats
                            50 punches
                            10 push-ups
                            50 punches
                            10 push-ups
                            50 punches
                            x 5 sets
                            so by varying the exercises there was some active rest for the muscle groups that were not working directly
                            500 Hindu squats in a row is a great challenge, I will keep it in mind for when I feel really fit
