Belated congrats on your completed missions! I'm probably going to choose 1 Minute HIIT for my next program as well. I think I need to add in some regular stretching routines as well. 6 months from now my updates might look like yours.

35 (5x7) push-ups The Pits Workout lv I (5 min kick [front, side, turning, hook], jab, jab, cross, hook, uppercut)
100 grips with kime squeezing a piece of wood

I have been good and have resisted the temptation to start increasing the reps of pull-ups and push-ups already.
I am already enjoying this one hour workout

HellYeah I doubt I would get to large numbers of repetitions but at worst I had thought of a weighted vest
The Gauntlet is spread over 7 days, one exercise a day and that's it, plus the warm-up
