      Reboot review

      PRO

      - It's really easy to follow as a training pattern, it's just two alternating exercises and they're well balanced exercises.
      - They are a varied series of exercises that are not boring.
      - There are days that are more intense and others that are calmer in order to give an extra boost or rest.
      - It's a very quick workout that's good both as a stand-alone workout and as an adjunct.

      CONTRO

      - The only real negative note, however, is also the one that really weighs: counting repetitions can become a delusion during training.
      - If it had been time-based the training would have been perfect but counting 8 to 10 mini sets per set is really inconvenient.
      - Unfortunately, the inconvenience of counting reps is the main reason I wouldn't do it again.

The Gauntlet proves to be a great program to do and redo to master it well
I also liked the Easy Core Challenge, I like the challenges that add a little extra training but without getting to require too much extra effort

      Have a nice day bees

Happy badge day! Congrats on Reboot, Easy Abs and your second Gauntlet!

Thanks for your review of Reboot. I 100% agree with you on the counting criticism. If Reboot would have been time based, it would be perfect.
