        Red Bell day with 12 kg kettlebell
        I inaugurated the 12 kg kettlebell, I didn't think I could go from 8 to 12 kg directly but it went well
        I am pleasantly tired.

              In January I had a good start but February is an obstacle course
              Today the training was to empty a room, pass the anti-mold on the walls and while I was there I put the last two tracks for the curtains that were missing, the bulk we did, tomorrow there is only to finish

                            I have wooden legs
                            From now on I will try to make a mega set of the Reboot program (lv I), up to 5 mini sets in each set make me focus more on keeping track of the repetitions of the exercises than on the exercises themselves.
                            Doing a single mega set (each exercise x 3) is more difficult but also less boring
