        Another reduced workout, I have to come up with an easy workout for when I have very little time
        I'm almost making peace with the fact that sometimes I just can't manage to follow the scheduled training, almost
        But at least today I'm in a hurry because we're going to have lunch with a friend we haven't seen for a long time, so that's a good thing

                    I resumed normal training
                    I have to increase the reps of The Gauntlet depending on the exercise and weight, just +1 is not enough.
                    And today I even learned how to do climbers
                    With a resistant mat I can do them even with bare feet, it took me only 2 years

                      I always do the climbers and other exercises barefoot, even directly on the floor. My balance is better.

                          It was packed in an unwatchable way, the cardboard seemed kicked, wet and all pounded so much that I accepted the package with reserve and instead the kettlebell inside was perfect and dazzling
                          The transporter was all sorry for how the package was tanned and curious to know what was inside to weigh so much despite being so small


                          P.S. I just ordered the 20 kg one which was temporarily available
