Happy Badge Day Fremen and congratulations

Btw. I liked this what you wrote:

This month I managed to tame my fears and my obsessions of perfectionism and I did something difficult, unknown and completely new without thinking about it, I'm very proud of it

I thought the first day of rehearsing The Gauntlet was easier but I got a good sweat
I will simply increase each repetition of the program by 1, not varying the weights, I have no others, quick and easy
The kettlebell warm up will be 10 min and will vary, I'm still experimenting but it will always contain 100 swings.
The bodyweight strength exercises will remain at a minimum, once every 5 days according to The Gauntlet scheme so as not to completely lose the training but will be an extra collateral.
I will use Reboot as low cardio at the end, doing it at lv I and modifying the exercises: high knees> march steps, jumping jacks> step jacks, climbers> slow climbers not doing rest between sets.
The training time was also good today, as is the intensity
Chakrasana is going well I will gradually increase it over the course of the month until it reaches 1 min.

I go back to my old quote, a little bit of moderate change from time to time is good:

Keep an eye on the staircases. They like to change - Harry Potter

                              Have a nice day bees

Congrats on the programme and challenge! I have been studyig up on those kettlebell YouTube videos you post - as you said, there's a lot of learn in order to use them properly.
