              I followed the example of @Sólveig and I reworked Boxer Prime to include some kicks too, and i understood from day one why it is a lv 5 program
              The priority for this month will be strength training (Strength routine), I am trying to work out a good routine to keep as a basis for the whole of next year, all the rest of the training will take a back seat and I will revise it if necessary.
              I will try to increase the pull-ups by one rep per set per month.
              In this moment I need a stable structure that gives me security but also to do new things, not too difficult, so as not to close myself too much in myself and in the usual things.
              I will do both programs at lv I and modify them if necessary, it is a delicate balance between committing but not overdoing it as stress and lack of attention are felt heavily.
              I changed the warm up to reconcile the 10 set base and also to do some further tests on the ideal warm up
